"I am so happy to tell you about my experience with Daliogne Catering.  They prepared a sit down Salmon dinner as well as an appetizer for my August 2008 wedding and 175 guests.  I found them this (past) summer when I put a listing on Craig’s List for affordable catering.  They called me right away, and while others took their time getting me quotes and creating a menu, they were always available and very receptive to all of my ideas.  They really have this attitude of “whatever you need, I can do”.  You don’t see that with a lot of caterers.  They were extremely professional, attentive, punctual, and reliable.  They were even available to come out to my venue all the way in Issaquah to look at the site so that they knew where the tables would be.  They provided a very detailed contract and are very professional in every aspect.  The best part, instead of offering a tasting, the chef prepared an entire meal for two of what we will be serving at the wedding.  It was AMAZING!  The chef was very open to feedback too.  I completely recommend this company!
