LABOR SERVICES:
Attendants are required in all instances that food needs to be replenished or served. Each event will be staffed with an experienced team captain, a minimum of 2 attendants, a chef, & a "day of" catering coordinator. All buffet & full service meals, require a five (5) hour minimum (which includes an hour of set up and an hour of catering clean-up). If you require more than five hours of service, please let us know in advance.​
