MEALS WITH LIMITED TIME FOR SERVICE:​ ​Allow a minimum of 5 hours for buffet & full service plated meals. If time is limited, we recommend that the salad &/or dessert be preset prior to your guests being seated, that you avoid choosing multiple entrée service for your meal as it does take longer, & that you indicate time limitations on your order.

MEAL PREP FOR MULTIPLE ENTRÉE SERVICES:
If you desire this service we require that each guest is assigned a place & that a color coded schematic diagram indicating the guests' entrée selection is provided to the catering coordinator. Please allow for additional service time. Additional fees may apply.
TRADITIONAL BUFFET:
With your choice of one entrée, one side dish, salad, Artisan breads & butter. We will set up the buffet table with your selected items but the plates, flatware, linens, glassware, etc. must be provided by the client.​........$25.00 per person
ABBREVIATED CHINA BUFFET:
With your choice of one entrée, one side dish, salad, or one of the Theme Parties or Intimate Private Parties menu offerings.
Includes in pricing: china plates & stainless steel flatware rolled in linen napkins on the buffet table. Buffet table set with white linen tablecloth.​....$26.00 per person
